Our medical massage sessions are designed to address specific health concerns and promote overall well-being. Our skilled therapist, combines a variety of techniques and tools to customize each session to meet your unique needs.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments Sessions are by appointment only. Intake forms must be completed before your first visit. Cancellations 24‑hour notice is required. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. No‑shows are charged in full. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation. Payments Payment is due at the time of service. All sales, packages, and gift certificates are non‑refundable. Professional Standards Inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately with full payment required. Service may be refused for safety or boundary concerns. Health & Safety Please disclose all medical conditions, recent surgeries, or health changes. Sessions may be rescheduled if illness or infection is present. Confidentiality All client information is private and securely protected. Client Rights & Responsibilities Client Rights You have the right to professional, respectful care; privacy; clear communication; and the ability to decline any technique at any time. Client Responsibilities Arrive on time, communicate needs or discomfort, provide accurate health information, follow aftercare guidance, and honor the cancellation policy.
